FIELD: study of multi-phase filtration processes, processes of discplacement of oil by water from nonuniform layer stratum, in particular, acco, panied by determination of oil saturation of separate interlayers by rate of product watering. SUBSTANCE: method of determination of current oil saturation of separate interlayers of nonuniform layer stratum depending on type of relationships of current oil saturation of separate interlayers versus product watering consists in plotting relationships taking into accound piston nature of oil displacement. Prior to plotting the relationships, permeability, porosity, power, saturation bonded by water and final oil saturation of each interlayer are determined. To enhanced reliability of the method, relationships of current oil saturation of separate interlayers versus product watering are determined according to the results of mathematical modelling of filtration in nonuniform layer stratum taking into account experimental information on vescosities of water and oil and relative phase permeabilities throughout entire range of charge of permeability determined additionally.
