FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients, l/1000 dal of vodka: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of germinated oat grains, 0.4-0.6; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of germinated wheat grains, 0.8-1.2; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11.5-12.5; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Combination of ingredients at their determined ratio allows to increase biologically activity of vodka, to maintain biologically active complex in the process of long storage, and reduce the cost price.
