FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic infusions and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid by the known technology. Freshly prepared nonfiltered germinated wheat grains and germinated oat grains aqueous-alcoholic infusions of the 1-st blend are mixed in the ratio = 2:1. The mixture is kept for 2 days and prepared mixture is filtered to obtain its filtrate. Filtrate is added to 1000 dal of aqueous-alcoholic liquid in the amount 1.3-1.7 l in common with 65.8% sugar syrup taken in the amount 11.5-12.5 l. The vodka strength is 40%. Proposed method provides improving organoleptic properties of vodka by conferring light tint of caraway and fresh cucumber to vodka aroma.
EFFECT: improved producing method, improved and valuable properties of vodka.
