SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 decalitre of the finished product: infusion of alcoholised matzo 1 discharge - 4.6-5.0 l, infusion of alcoholised wheat 1 discharge - 3.8-4.2 l, sugar syrup 65.8% - 7.8-8.2 l, rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and reclaimed drinking water - the rest till concentration of 40%.
EFFECT: improving the organoleptic indicator and biologically active substances of the finished product, expansion of the assortment of vodka.
