METHOD OF VODKA PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcoholic liquid (mixture) is prepared in order to obtain vodka of 40% strength. The mixture is cleaned by activated carbon and directed to finishing tank. Simultaneously, infusion of lime-tree blossom of Ist discharging is prepared by single-infusion in aqueous-alcoholic liquid. Honey in the amount of 5.5-6.5 kg is dissolved in water, mixed, heated up to boiling and then 0.4-0.6 l of prepared aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging of lime-tree blossom is added. The mixture is filtered, cooled and thus-obtained filtrate is introduced in prepared vodka which is aged, filtered and bottled.
