SUBSTANCE: vodka has 40% of volume parts of ethyl alcohol and the following components, l/1000 dal of ready product: apple fruit juice filtrate of the first pouring 1.8-2.2; carrot fruit juice filtrate of the first pouring 0.4-0.6; 65.8%-th sugar syrup 6-7 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. The combination of components of vodka and their quantitative ratio enhances organoleptic indices and prophylactic properties of vodka and enriches its with the complex of biologically active substances in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid.
