The mixture is thoroughly mixed and cleaned with activated carbon by passing it through carbon-cleaning battery. Barley germ flakes are germinated, and aqueous-alcoholic infusion is prepared. The infusion of the Ist discharging is filtered, and filtrate is directed to finishing tank, mixed and then sugar is added in the form of preliminarily filtered 65.8-% sugar syrup or sugar aqueous solution. The proposed vodka possesses mild taste with slight tone of coffee.
