FIELD: measuring engineering, technique of ocean researches. SUBSTANCE: variability of hydrologic parameters in sections intersecting the flow under research is recorded. On the basis of the obtained data buoy stations with flow meters are set up. Repeated measurements are accomplished in the sections made in the beginning and in the section along the flow. On the basis of the obtained results, the flow speed, direction, wave length and amplitude of meanders are determined.
