FIELD: tea industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes extraction of black tea leaves by hot water at temperature from 60 to 130 C, and after that, tea leaf is separated. The first extract is concentrated up to amount of hard phase to 5-12% and cooled up to temperature 5-15 C for forming the nonsoluble emulsion, so called tea cream. Then tea cream is separated from the first concentrated extract and mixed with used up leaves of black tea or leaves of green tea. The mixture is extracted by water with temperature above 70 C for preparation of the second extract which is separated from used up leaves.
