FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access, revision and surgical aid applied to small pelvis organ. Hemorrhage is stopped by means of temporary locking blood circulation at the first stage of operation. To do it, flexible forceps having catheter lumen all over its length are introduced into the abdominal cavity through a separate perforated hole. Posterior portion of the forceps is retained outside. Blood circulation in injured blood vessels is locked by means of the forceps. The blood vessel segment below the injured place is by-passed in connecting the distal and proximal parts of the blood vessel with needle catheters. Secondary access to the organ is performed at the second stage. The forceps are taken off. The injured blood vessels are sutured. The device as surgical vascular forceps has forceps branches, handle and mechanical drive set between them. The drive is flexible mechanical transmission, has flexible external envelope and tie-rod inside of it. The external envelope has hollow bushing in the anterior part. The bushing is used for acting upon the branches when squeezing them. The external envelope has means in its posterior part for stretching and pushing out the internal tie-rod. The tie-rod is rigidly fixed in its anterior part and has branches in its posterior part and has members engageable with flexible envelope of the mechanical transmission. EFFECT: facilitated surgeon work. 3 cl, 1 dwg
