FIELD: separation of solid materials with liquid in processing of mineral raw materials and their investigation. SUBSTANCE: liquid and initial material are loaded into the upper corner of working surface inclined in longitudinal and transverse directions to horizon at angles less than 10 deg. Main laminar flow of pulp is produced from the upper corner of working surface to its lower corner with use of obstacles located on edges of working surface. Particles of initial material are separated by simultaneous transverse and longitudinal reciprocation of working surface with short-time abrupt deceleration. In so doing, amplitude and speed of transverse reciprocation of working surface are increased as pulp is moved forward. EFFECT: increased quality of separation of particles of powder material by density. 1 dwg
