FIELD: mechanical engineering; conveyor transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices of bearing unit supports of roller tables used mainly at concentrating mills of mining and coal industries. Proposed conveyor roller contains cantilever trunnions on which bearing units are secured being arranged in housing, sealing device containing bushing rigidly secured on trunnion, protective cover, antifriction and sealing rings installed on friction and contact surfaces of trunnion, bushing and housing. Surface of protective cover pointed towards roller is made in form of cone furnished with directed vanes and are provided with inner ring groove provided from side of end face surface. Intermediate bushing fitted on bushing rigidly secured on trunnion and is locked from longitudinal displacement. One end of bushing is secured in housing of bearing unit, and other end, in ring groove of protective cover, their contact surfaces being sealed. V-shaped cavity is made on outer surface of intermediate bushing to remove contaminants accumulating in service.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of sealing of bearing unit, provision of protection against contaminants of any kind and their penetration through sealing device.
