FIELD: medical industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises filtering original solution of water soluble aluminium salt and sodium phosphate on microfiltration plant with threshold of passage of 0.22 mcm, reacting water soluble aluminium salt with sodium phosphate, precipitating the desired product under vigorous stirring for 15-45 min at agitator rotational rate of 3.3-3.8 s-1 at 18-60 C for 5- 7 days, forming aluminium phosphate gel and subsequently washing it. Reaction is carried out by addition of sodium phosphate solution to aqueous solution of aluminium salt. Aluminium phosphate gel is separated from supernatant liquid by decantation which is carried out at temperatures from 7 to 18 C. Invention makes it possible to prepare standard aluminium phosphate gel used as substrate for producing antacidal and vaccine drugs. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 4 cl
