SUBSTANCE: invention particularly relates to construction activities in Northern zone where structures have supports containing elongated concrete component of pile or post type which is partly sunken in ground. Located inside elongated concrete component of pile or post type which is partly sunken in ground is cooling device made in the form of longitudinal space which is filled with cooling agent. In process of manufacture of elongated component, introduced into concrete mix taken for formation of at least one section of elongated article located above ground surface within length of longitudinal space is metal-containing filler for example in the form of metal chips. Application of embodiment of support increases load-bearing capacity and stability of support of structure due to higher ground cooling intensity in base of support.
