FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: device to affect structure and function of biological systems and properties of materials includes generator of torsional radiation manufactured in the form of electromagnetic radiation source placed into concentrator of torsional radiation, modulator, case housing generator of torsional radiation put on permanent magnet, placed into concentrator of torsional radiation. Concentrator is fabricated in the form of cone and is positioned on to steel plate. Upper part of concentrator of torsional radiation carries spiral in which modulator made in the form of monocrystal of quartz and crystal of tourmaline installed in sequence in path of radiation flux is located. Spiral is mounted inside guiding tube anchored in case. Electric bulb or beta-emitter are used as electromagnetic radiation source. Spiral is made from copper wire.
