FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to experimental nephrology and can be used for simulating chronic membranous glomerulonephritis. That is ensured by intraperitoneal introduction of antigen suspension of mother renal cortical layer in Freund's complete adjuvant to outbred white rats at 100 mcl of suspension per 100 g of body weight according to the following schedule: triple immunisation every second day with repeated single immunisation after 21 day in the same dose.
EFFECT: simplification of simulating, higher reproducibility, reduction in cost of the technique.
