SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biology and medicine, namely to experimental nephrology and pathophysiology, and can be used for simulating autoimmune mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in experiment. For this purpose, a two-month female Wistar rat is injected with 3 ml of an emulsion consisting of 1 ml of 50% suspension of maternal cortical layer antigens and 2 ml of Freund’s complete adjuvant according to the following schedule: once intraperitoneally on 1st, 4th, 7th and 21st days of the experiment.

EFFECT: invention provides 100% reproduction of autoimmune mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis for a long period of observation, stable clinical course of the disease.
