FIELD: equipment for repairing pipelines. SUBSTANCE: holder carrying cutting tool is mounted on end of spindle moving with the aid of mechanisms for reciprocation and rotation motion. Spindle is provided with member for fluid-tight joining it to pipeline and it has annular sealing. Holder, spindle and member for fluid-tight joining of spindle to pipeline form butt when holder is arranged in position terminal relative to pipeline position. Annular sealing is placed in butt zone and it is forced to member for fluid-tight joining by means of holder. Branch pipe for emptying repaired portion of pipeline may be joined with holder and pipeline. Mechanism for reciprocation motion of spindle may be in the form of hollow screw and nut joined with end of spindle. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, increased rate of emptying repaired portion of pipeline. 3 cl, 2 dwg
