FIELD: manufacture of building materials from foam concrete. SUBSTANCE: foam concrete mix binding agent, foaming agent, fillers and water. Binding agent includes mixture of finely ground portland cement, plasticizer as super plasticizer C-3 and siliceous additive in the form of quartz sands with traces of zirconium to attain specific surface of 5-7 sq m/g, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: portland cement, 96.5-9.7.3; super plasticizer C-3, 0.4- 1.6; quart sands with traces of zirconium, 1.1-1.3 and ratios of components of foam concrete mix being as follows, wt %: binding agent, 36.5-45.1; sand, 0-33.2; foaming agent, 0.2-0.6; water, 3-54.2; pigment, up to 0.05.
