FIELD: electric signal transmission systems for continuous serviceability check of trunk pipelines. SUBSTANCE: device has signal-input generator, matching unit, and pipeline that functions as communication channel, all of them being installed on each entity under check. On receiving end pipeline is connected in series with selective filter, amplifier, and grounding electrode. Electromagnetic transducer is coupled with drain cable of cathode protection station and through matching unit, with generator power input characterized by infralow ripple frequency of half-wave negative rectified voltage. Generator output is connected to grounding electrode and its infralow-frequency signal output, to pipeline. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of device. 1 dwg
