FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser drug photophoresis with hordox, followed by continuous laser irradiation of pancreas destruction focus. Wavelength is 0.63 mcm, power is 1.5 mW, distance to destruction focus is 0.5 cm. Single exposure is carried out during the operation and 20 min daily during 4-5 days after the operation. The treatment is combined with concurrent session of intravascular laser irradiation of blood with laser radiation. Wavelength is 0.63 mcm, power is 2 mW transferred through monofiber polymer light guide of 0.5 mm diameter during 40 min. EFFECT: reduced drug consumption; enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment of patients in hospital. 1 tbl
