FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing the left inguinal superficial lymphatic node in the vicinity of its superior pole at the first day and in the vicinity of its inferior pole at the second day using injection needle with a lumen for polymer multi-fiber light guide of 0.4 mm diameter to find place there. The right inguinal superficial lymphatic node is treated in the same manner at the third and fourth day. The needle is immersed to one half of its longitudinal size. The needle is removed and the light guide is left in the lymphatic node for irradiating lymph and lymphatic tissue with low intensity laser radiation of 0.63 mcm wavelength and 1.8 mW power during 55 min. Then, the light guide is removed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of detoxication; accelerated treatment course. 1 tbl
