FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying continuous intravenous antibiotic therapy with 1 g of cephaloridine before and during operation. Laparotomy is carried out. Gastrocolic ligament is cut. Pancreas and bursa omentalis treatment is carried out. Multi-fiber polymer light guide having 2 mm diameter in the draining silicon tube lumen is supplied in the draining silicon tube lumen to destruction focus or to pancreas stump. The light guide is attached to the tube and surrounding tissues with catgut in the region having no blood vessels. Intra-operation laser photophoresis with gordox is performed by using LGN - 207 A laser. Intramuscular antibiotic therapy with 1 g of cephaloridine 3 times a day is applied. Additional treatment combined with laser radiation exposure applied to bursa omentalis and pancreas or its stump using two LGN - 207 A laser units of 0.63 mcm wavelength and 1.5 mW power during 45 min through a vein of the right ulnar bent and monofiber light guide of 0.5 mm diameter and through a light guide set in the course of operation within 4-5 days long time period, respectively.
