FIELD: metallurgy, particularly, production of anisotropic electrical-sheet steel used in manufacture of magnetic circuits of electrical equipment. SUBSTANCE: anisotropic electrical-sheet steel is melted with the following amount of components, wt.%: carbon, 0.020-0.060; silicon, 2.6-3.5; aluminum, 0.008-0.030; manganese, 0.10-0.030; copper, 0.1-0.7; phosphorus, 0.015-0.15; sulfur, 0.003-0.006; chromium, 0.03-0.06; nickel, up to 0.10; iron and other organic impurities, the balance. Steel is subjected to hot rolling, pickling cold rolling, decarbonizing annealing, the second hot rolling to thickness of 0.35 mm, application of heat-resistant coating and high-temperature annealing at 1100 C. EFFECT: higher level of steel magnetic properties. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
