SUBSTANCE: flat-shaped product containing at least one substrate layer (I), at least one transparent cover layer (II), chemically or mechanically foamed back layer (III) disposed under substrate layer I, primary layer (IV) disposed between substrate layer I and cover layer II and/or between substrate layer I and primary layer IV. Layered pastes for layers II, III, and IV consist of combinations of the following materials: (i) products of epoxidation of C6-C22-unsaturated acid esters with polyatomic aliphatic C2-C6-alcohols, which contain in average more than one epoxide group per molecule; (ii) incomplete esters of polycarboxylic acids with polyatomic alcohols, which contain at least one carboxylic group per molecule and one double bond; (iii) hydrophobizing agent; and (iv) other supplementary materials selected from group including fillers, pigments, foaming agents, and auxiliary materials, components (i) and (ii) being taken at weight ratio from 0.33:1 to 3.15:1.
