SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing the formula components with an acidifier in the form of organic acids adsorbed on wheat flour; for this purpose lactic, acetic and citric acids are separated in the following ratio, mas.%: (8-12): (0.15-0.25): (0.08-0.15):(65-80). At prepackaging and packing all components are separated into two parts in the following compositions and ratio their mass, %: wheat flour, 85-90; salt, 1-1.5; granulated sugar, 3-6; and respectively, wheat flour, 4-5; dry yeast, 0.9-1.5; acidifier, 0.9-1.2.
