FIELD: essential-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: in fermentation of grain essential-oil raw fraction of small and split fruits is separated, stored under anaerobic conditions for 1-3 days, heated by microwave field to 70-85 C and rested for 0.2-0.4 h. Remained fraction is heated by microwave field to 85-95 C before treatment followed by resting for 0.4-1.0 h. Invention can be used for post-harvesting treatment and processing the grain essential-oil raw. EFFECT: increased yield of essential oil, improved fraction composition. 2 ex
