FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating agricultural raw material, preferably oil crop seeds, with biological preparation, such as liquid culture of Pseudomonas bacteria, having concentration of 109-1010 cells per 1 ml of process fluid in an amount of up to 1.0% by weight of agricultural raw material; storing raw material under ventilated conditions at air flow of 30-45 cu.m/hour/t. Method is used for storage of oil crop seeds, ethereal crop seeds and may be used for grain storage.
