FIELD: fat-and-oil industry, in particular, preparing of seeds for oil extraction.
SUBSTANCE: method involves heating seeds by microwave energy to temperature of 70-900C at the intensity of 0.2-1.00C/s; combining procedures of resting and cooling to temperature of 10-300C by intensive ventilation at specific air supplying rate of 25-50 m3/hour·t and simultaneously conditioning seeds to moisture content of 7-14%.
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of readily hydrated high-quality oils and increased yield of oil from seeds.
