SUBSTANCE: yeast is grown on nutrient medium, wherein, as mineral and organic nutrients' source, non-phenolic geothermal water with specified qualitative and quantitative composition is used lacking aluminum and lithium ions and having total mineralization value 5.2-5.4 g/l, which is reduced by diluting with tap water to 4.0-4.2 g/l.
