SUBSTANCE: device has coaxial phase and null electrodes, which are located in housing, and insulation member, which is located between electrodes and is shaped as spring, which first end is stationary and which second end has drive. Heater housing has inlet and outlet. Since water in different region on Earth significantly differ in electric conductance, water to be used in electrode-type heater should be prepared before filling heating system. Device design provides possibility to eliminate water preparation operation. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities due to possibility to heat water with different electric conductance. 1 dwg
