FIELD: space-rocket equipment. SUBSTANCE: system for rocket launching from water area comprises a ship with rocket lifting-erection devices and a pad carrying the separated launching platform with floats and rocket attachments. The pad for the launching platform is positioned on the ship stern, which is provided with guides for movement of the launching platform on water behind the ship stern and back, and oriented along the ship boards. The launching platform is linked with the ship by towing ropes and rocket launching control cable lines. The floats are secured on the launching platform brackets by means of rotary levers with an electric drive and locking mechanism providing for carrying-out of the floats behind the ship board, lowering of them on water and back lifting.
