FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: grinder has housing, hopper with at least three openings for charging basic material, discharge and accumulating of dispersed material. Accumulated layer is continuously conveyed through space between inoperative end of roller and conical inner surface of rotary table side into sectioned pockets. Rollers are provided with rotary units. Conical agitator is positioned axially of rotary table. Hopper has pipeline with finely dispersed material supplying and processing system. Hopper is equipped with devices for creating excessive pressure in hopper and for supplying steam into it, and is further provided with windows and opening having hermetically sealed joints, sealing members and hydraulic gates. Grinder supporting devices are provided with vibration absorbing units. Hopper cover has mechanism for applying additional force to cover enclosure so as to pressurize hopper cavity during grinding process. Method allows lumpy material to be selectively ground. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
