FIELD: linear acceleration equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as sequence of resonators, each of which is supplied from separate high-frequency power source. Parameters of resonators conform to the following condition: ion power increment in each resonator is relatively small, thus, allowing stable ion acceleration in cases, when some high-frequency power source fails. Decreased activation of members of accelerator is achieved by usage of low induced radioactivity material, for example, graphite, as basic construction material. EFFECT: significantly increased reliability and decreased induced radioactivity, possibility of manual maintenance. 2 cl, 1 dwg
