SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 11,21-bisphenyl-19-norpregnane of the formula (I) where R₁ means H, halogen atom, NR₅R₆ being R₅ and R₆ mean independently hydrogen atom or C_1-6-alkyl; R₂ is hydrogen atom; R₁ and R₂ are in common C_1-3-alkylenedihydroxy-group optionally substituted with one or some halogen atoms; R₃ means methyl; R₄ means C(O)-NR₅R₆, SO_nC_1-6-alkyl optionally substituted with one or some halogen atoms, SO_n-C_3-6-cycloalkyl, SO₂-NR₅R₆, 2-hydroxypyrrolidinyl or NR₅R₆ where R₅ and R₆ are independently hydrogen atom, C_1-6-alkyl, or R₅ and R₆ in common form C_3-6-alkylene; n = 1 or 2; R₇ means H or C_1-7-alkyl; R₈ means H; X means H, OH, O or NOH, or to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
