SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 16-hydroxy-11-(substituted phenyl)-estra-4,9-diene corresponding to the formula (I) where R₁ is C_1-6-alkyl, triflat or phenyl where phenyl group is substituted optionally with a single or some substitutes taken among cyano-group, halogen atom and C_1-4-alkyl; R₂ is hydrogen atom or carboxy-1-oxo-C_1-6-alkyl; R₃ is hydrogen, halogen atom or C_1-6-alkyl optionally substituted with a single or some C_1-6-alkoxy-groups; R₄ is hydrogen atom or C_1-6-alkyl and X means O or NOH, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate.
