SUBSTANCE: hydromechanical apparatus has casing made in the form of body of rotation, working tool positioned in front part of casing and provided with liquid supply channels, and casing rotation drive connected to rear side of casing. Working surface of working tool is provided with teeth relieved for value over blade width exceeding that of teeth pitch. Teeth on adjacent blade portions are arranged in staggered pattern one relative to the other. Each blade begins with end tooth with sharpening angle α of front surface equal to 5-15 deg, and sharpening angle β of rear surface exceeding lead angle of teeth on spherical surface of working tool.
