FIELD: pipe inner surface cleaning equipment used in chemical, food-processing industry, heat engineering and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: hydromechanical apparatus has casing made in the form of body of rotation, working tool positioned in front part of casing and provided with liquid supply channels, and casing rotation drive connected to rear side of casing. Working surface of working tool is provided with teeth relieved for value over blade width exceeding that of teeth pitch. Teeth on adjacent blade portions are arranged in staggered pattern one relative to the other. Each blade begins with end tooth with sharpening angle α of front surface equal to 5-15 deg, and sharpening angle β of rear surface exceeding lead angle of teeth on spherical surface of working tool. Working surface of tool is made spherical, with radius value determined from dependence of pipe inner diameter and pipe bend radius: , where D is pipe inner diameter; Rt is radius of tool spherical surface; Rb.p. is pipe bending radius. End tooth sharpening angle value is determined from ratio: . Such form of tool working surface allows solid carbonate depositions to be effectively removed from bent portions of heat-exchanger or capacitor pipes by providing permanent contact of teeth on spherical surface of working tool with solid sediments in pipe cavity. Working tool may be disposed in different positions within pipe, and different teeth are in contact with sediment. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of cleaning inner and bent surfaces from sediments, and increased service life of working tool. 5 dwg
