FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes screen electroforming in electrolyte with current density applied to matrix of 2-20 A/sq. dm and temperature of 40-60 C. Cathode is used in the form of matrix formed on textured substrate foiled with copper by application of photoresist in the form of dielectric to foil. Photoresist is exposed by mask with subsequent development and fixation. Produced perforations of photoresist are filled with successive layers of copper and nickel with formations of protrusions to which conducting layer is applied. Substrate is made of dielectric material. Texture of substrate showing-through metal layer to screen cutter is selected either latticed or with longitudinal, or transverse, or inclined lines. Matrix is given rocking or rotary motion. Anode is used either in the form of nickel plate, or bulk nickel, or nickel or cobalt.
