SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel derivatives of piperazine of the formula (I): Y-(C_mH_2m-CHR¹)_n-CO-(NH-CHR²-CO)_r-Z where Y means (a) or (b); Z means (c) and if Y means (a) then Z means also (d); R¹, R², R³ each means -C_tH_2t-R⁹; R³ means H or H₂N-C(=NH)-; R⁴ and R⁶ each means (H,H) or =O; R⁵ means H₂N-C(= NH)- or H₂N-C(=NH)-NH; R⁸ means OH or OA; R⁹ means H or COOH; A means alkyl with 1-4 C-atoms; m and t each = 0, 1 or 2; n and r each = 0 or 1 and p = 0, 1 or 2, and their salts also. Compounds of the formula (I) inhibit binding fibrinogen, fibronectin and von Willebrand's factor with fibrinogen platelet receptors and can be used as antitumor agents. Invention describes also methods of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) and pharmaceutical composition based on the above indicated compounds.
