SUBSTANCE: described are new fluorine-containing guanidines of formula I: wherein R¹ is H, F, Cl, Br, I, A, CN, NO₂, C_nF_mH₂₊₁O_p, alkynyl or X is R⁴; R² is C_nF_mH_2n+1O,; R³ is H, A, F, Cl, Br, I, C_nF_mH_2n+1O_p, So_q-R⁶, SO₂NR⁴R⁵, OR⁶, SR⁶, are prepared by reacting compound of formula II; with guanidine. Compounds have inhibiting activity with respect to cellulose Na/H antiport and are useful in medicine such as antiarrhythmic agents. Also described is pharmaceutical composition comprising compound of formula I and method of preparing said composition.
