FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: instrument incorporates channel commutators of input signals coupled to input voltage-to-frequency converter, microprocessor, programmable logic matrix, permanent storage, on-line storage, signal relays, keyboard coupled to digital display, output voltage-to-frequency converters coupled to motor of drive of paper roll, to motor of drive of recorder and head, channel for communication with machine of higher level. In given structure signals for recording and displaying part of instrument are fed from programmable logic matrix but not from microprocessor directly. Thanks to it microprocessor is substantially unloaded and output power of signals grows to level sufficient for reliable operation of signal relays, recorder and other components of instrument.
