FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing wooden parts 4 in working medium 8; increasing pressure of working medium and compressing wooden parts by transmitting pressure via working medium to wooden parts; reducing working pressure of working medium and, as a result, releasing wooden parts. During processing of wooden parts 4, liquid contained in them is removed. Working medium 8 has spaced solid bodies transmitting pressure to wooden parts so that upon increasing pressure of working medium, pressure difference created between wooden parts and solid body spacings facilitates discharge of liquid from wooden parts. When unloaded, wooden parts acquire their initial shape. Method further involves introducing impregnating liquid into wooden parts from which liquid is removed. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced duration of processing wooden parts under pressure. 11 cl, 2 dwg
