FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: flapping vehicle includes central beam, two wings and wing flaps secured to frame by means of hinges; each wing consists of frame with longitudinal members. At flapping motion, wing flaps form continuous surface at wing dropping and uncover frame at wing lifting, thus admitting air. Each wing is provided with counter-weight used for balancing the wing relative to central beam and is provided with longitudinal space for passage of counter-weight of other wing.
