FIELD: exercising for development of human's muscular force. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting physical exercises, with age, body constitution, sick rate and deviations from ideal figure being taken into account; doing exercises by anabolic and catabolic program and controlling heart rate corresponding to aerobic and anaerobic exchange threshold values, menstrual cycle phases and balanced feeding ration; at catabolic exercising aimed at reduction of fatty and muscular tissue or only fatty or muscular tissue, exercising time being within the range of 30-45 min, with heart rate being controlled; at anabolic exercising aimed at increasing muscular tissue, with exercising time being within the range of 15-30 min and heart rate value exceeding anaerobic exchange threshold value. At catabolic process mode, relaxing and stretching exercising is additionally provided for 15-30 min, with heart rate value being 20-25% below aerobic exchange threshold value for fixing exercising effect. At anabolic process mode, exercising is provided for 30-45 min at heart rate value 30-35% below aerobic exchange threshold value. Complex of physical exercises is changed in each set including ten exercising hours. EFFECT: increased efficiency in correcting human's figure and developing muscular force.
