FIELD: sportive medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exercising within the limits ranging from aerobic exchange threshold heart rate (AETHR) to 0.5 (AETHR + PAETHR) level (panoaerobic exchange threshold heart rate) for simultaneous reduction of fat and muscle tissue weight with predominant fat tissue excess (in case of predominant excessive muscle tissue within the limits ranging from 0.5 (AETHR + PAETHR) to PAETHR. To increase muscle tissue volume, training is conducted with the usage of force exercises with submaximum and maximum loading of "problematic" group of muscles so as to reduce heart rate to AETHR level during rest time periods. Isotonic exercises facilitate increase in muscle volume and isokinetic exercises - increase in muscle strength. To reduce fat tissue volume and increase muscle tissue volume, training is initially conducted at heart rate within the limits of 0.85 of AETHR level to full AETHR level till fat weight reaches 21% at all microcycles; during postmenstrual microcycle - within the limits ranging from 0.85 Of AETHR level to AETHR level; during portovulatory microcycle force exercises are practiced. In case heart rate values are beyond control limits, training intensity is to be reduced. EFFECT: improved quality of exercising, reduced time for shaping person's figure and increased normalizing effect. 2 tbl
