FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should isolate the pole of surface supramedial inguinal lymph node to fulfill its resection at one eighth level of lymph node's longitudinal size. Pulp of lymph node is partially removed at its width being above 7 mm or completely removed at its width being below 7 mm. At complete removal of lymph node's pulp it is catheterized with standard subclavicular catheter at internal diameter of 0.6 mm, at partial pulp removal - at internal diameter of 1.0 mm. Catheter is truncated for three fourth of its even-tubular part to be introduced into lymph node for 3-7 mm. One should successively inject correspondingly per 16.0- 18.0 ml freshly prepared ozonized Ringer-Locke's solution at ozone concentration of 4- 5 mg/l and freshly prepared 0.03%-sodium hypochlorite solution at the rate of 16-18 ml/h. Ringer- Locke's solution is premagnetized during the period of its ozonization in constant magnetic field at 40 mTl induction. Sodium hypochlorite solution is premagnetized for 20 min in constant magnetic field at 50 mTl induction. Infusions are carried out twice daily for 4-14 d. EFFECT: higher efficiency and shortened terms of therapy. 2 ex
