FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out the catheterization of inguinal lymphatic nodes with resected pulp. Moreover, it is necessary to catheterize both right and left mostly pronounced surface superiorlateral nodes, simultaneously. It is conducted an intralymphatic infusion therapy with two "Lineomat" apparatuses per 20 ml at the rate of 20 ml/h in succession and 6 times daily. It is used a 0.25%-novocaine solution, a 0.03%-sodium hypochlorite solution, a 0.9%-sodium chloride solution, a freshly ozonized Ringer-Locke's solution at ozone concentration of 2.0-4.0 mg/l for 8-12 d. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
