FIELD: foundry, particularly, methods for manufacture of machine parts with single-crystal structure, for instance, blades by oriented crystallization. SUBSTANCE: mold is installed into preheating chamber, heated and moved to metallization chamber. Then mold with metallized surfaces is moved to heating chamber in which it is located horizontally with its longitudinal axis. Melt is poured into mold. Mold with melt is placed into cooling chamber for formation of oriented or single-crystal structure in casting. Metallization of mold and cooling are performed under effect of two flows of mixtures of inert gas and powdery cooling agents from materials undergoing phase conversions with heat abstraction. Each chamber has appliance for transportation of molds in horizontal plane. Located beyond chambers are vacuum and gas system and systems of formation of cooling flows. Located in chambers are system of direction of cooling flows, systems of mold heating and melting.
