FIELD: agricultural production, food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-exchanging reservoir, disperser with rotating casing and aerodynamic plates, accumulating reservoir, feeding, drain and dispersion pipes, control unit, ejector connected with water pump via reversing valve connected with cooling pipes of heat-exchanging reservoir. Ejector is connected via pipeline with rotating casing and dispersion pipes and via water seal through vacuum pipeline with heat-exchanging reservoir. Disperser housing is connected with lower part of accumulating reservoir via connecting cavity. Drain opening is positioned in upper part of connecting cavity above drain chute arranged in upper part of reservoir. Opposite parts of heat-exchanging reservoir are connected with through heat-exchanger and pump via pipelines. Through heat-exchanger is mounted on pipeline, which connects it with pump.
