FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating grain flow in the form of falling rain; spraying propionic acid by carbon dioxide so as to generate aerosol flow; providing contact of grain and aerosol in countercurrency mode. Chitosan is solved in propionic acid prior to spraying. Process is effectuated before laying of grain for prolonged storage. EFFECT: reliable storage of grain due to stimulating its natural immune reactions.
